The CEMPD offices are located in Suite 601 of the Bank of America Building at 137 E. Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. You can enter the building from either Franklin Street or Rosemary Street. Take the elevator to the 6th floor, pass through the glass door, and take your first right.
